We believe the best software comes from understanding a problem space deeply before building in it. Research is how you find out what's worth building.
So that's the order: read seriously, understand what's there, then build what's missing.
What We Do
The blog is where we work through research in public. The goal is to find what's non-obvious, surface the real limitations, and make complex ideas accessible to someone who wants to understand them.
The tools are what we build once we understand a space well enough to see what's missing. Each project starts from the research, not the other way around.
The two go together. The blog is how we think. The tools are what we build when the thinking is done.
