What This Site Is
Behuve is a research blog and tools platform created by Noah Wong and Arnav Tripathy. The blog is where we work through research in public. The tools are what we build once we understand a space well enough to see what's missing. Accounts are optional and are used only to post comments.
User Accounts
Accounts are created through GitHub or Google OAuth. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You may not use another person's account or create an account on behalf of someone else without authorization.
Comments and User Content
You retain ownership of comments you post. By posting a comment, you grant Behuve a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to display that comment on this site.
You are solely responsible for the content of your comments. You agree not to post content that:

All research content, writing, design, code, and other materials on this site are the property of Behuve and are protected by copyright and other applicable laws. Reproduction, distribution, or use of any site content without our express written permission is prohibited.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Behuve and its founders, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use this site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
